Window Seat Getaways acts solely as an independent travel advisor and is not liable for cancellations, delays, supplier defaults, weather events, travel restrictions, injuries, losses, or additional expenses incurred by travellers. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions, cancellation policies, and refund rules of the individual travel suppliers, including airlines, resorts, cruise lines, and tour operators. By submitting payment, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that refunds are not guaranteed. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Refund Policy - 

At Window Seat Getaways, we work with trusted travel suppliers, resorts, cruise lines, and tour operators to provide unforgettable travel experiences. Because travel arrangements are subject to the supplier's terms and conditions, all payments, deposits, and refunds are governed by the individual travel supplier's policies.


Deposits and planning fees paid to Window Seat Getaways may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Many vacation packages, cruises, destination weddings, and group travel bookings may also include supplier-imposed cancellation penalties that increase as the travel date approaches.


Refund eligibility, timelines, and cancellation fees vary by supplier and travel package. Any approved refunds are processed directly by the travel supplier and may take several business days or billing cycles to appear, depending on your financial institution.


We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection or travel insurance to help protect your investment against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, or other unforeseen events.


By booking with Window Seat Getaways, clients acknowledge and agree to all supplier terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions associated with their reservation.
